As a top-performing account manager in the pharmaceutical and biotech industries, I managed important client relationships, stayed on top of complex details, and learned how much trust matters when someone is relying on you to get things right.

I also managed a medical specialist’s office, where I improved workflows and helped make day-to-day operations more efficient. That experience gave me a strong eye for finding better ways to organize processes and keep things running smoothly.

Later, I spent five years starting and running my own business. That experience gave me an even greater appreciation for the many responsibilities small business owners carry every day. I understand how easy it is for bookkeeping to fall to the bottom of the list when you are focused on customers, employees, expenses, and growing your business.
